TIRSA Remittance Form Coding List is effective on 1/1/2008. If our Agents utilize TIPS for the production of Title Insurance, then the application will automatically print the correct code when the Remittance Form is printed.
Owner's Policy 15% Rate Reduction Deviation -- Effective June 16, 2006
Both Monroe Title and Stewart Title have received approval from the New York State Insurance Department to reduce our premium rates by 15% for all owner's policies (fee simple purchases) in which the insured amount is less than one million dollars ($1,000,000). You may compute your owner's policy premium charge for transactions involving liability levels up to one million dollars ($1,000,000) by utilizing the Stewart Title Rate Calculator. Monroe's TIPS program for rate calculation is currently being revised and will be available for use shortly.
