SECTION 19 - SIMULTANEOUS ISSUE OF TWO OR MORE LOAN POLICIES
- When two or more loan policies covering identical property are issued simultaneously,
the charge shall be based on the aggregate amount of the loan policies at the
applicable loan policy rate.
