Monroe Title Insurance Corporation's Underwriting Department offers the services of our skilled underwriting attorneys, available to respond to agent's questions by phone or E-mail and claims attorneys, who manage policy claims. Philosophically we like to think of ourselves as problem solvers.

Underwriting Counsel respond to questions associated with issuing title insurance policies, specialized endorsements and coverages as well as real property questions of general concern to attorneys for our insureds as well as our agents. In addition, our underwriting counsel will examine those difficult and complex commercial transactions.
